Surely there must be a way to make a spud gun without a tazer? I was pretty impressed, and mildly frightened, by the technology. It makes a very satisying 'pop' and blows green sparks when it is fired, though.

Eugene Rules...The only problem with making these downunder is that tazer's are illegal here.
