These Ones From Amber

I buy capes but don't always wear them. Still I want to buy more. I covet and cherish vegetables from my friends' gardens. I have a nervous habit that I won't tell you about. I'm trying to take more vitamins, drink more water and avoid MSG. I hate that they show ads for horror movies during Sunday morning football games. I like to bring my lunch to work, and I love rice in soups.

I'm finally getting into the habit of bringing my lunch to work and I really love it. I like your observations.

Aw, thanks!

I was looking at your site today and wondering what you do about printing your photos? I've been doing these color darkroom classes at Photo Center NW and keep thinking there must be some Seattle bloggers somewhere who want to print their own photos too!

Or maybe I'm the only kook of this particular flavor. :-)

I am in awe that you are so motivated and in the process of developing your own photos. As for me, I admit that I rarely get any of my photos to the printed part. I have the film developed only and then take the negatives home to be scanned. I imagine your home is filled with all your lovely photographs.

You know what is too sad - my home isn't filled with my photos! I did just move, so I've got that excuse, but there's also something funny about hanging my own photos, so I haven't done it. Before I started printing my own at the PCNW darkroom, I always got prints rather than discs, so I have boxes and boxes of photos from the last year or so. I'll do something with them one day. If only to fulfill the fantasy that someone who prints their own photos would also hang them at home. ;-)

Also, now I DO get all the negatives scanned so I can post them on flickr or the blog or send them to the people in them. Just lo-res, and no more prints.
